Homes in Beaumont California Selling for Less than $300,000. Also a brief explanation of what a "full" bathroom means!

I can't believe my last post was from December 2013!  It must have been a busy 6 months this year because I didn't even feel the months going by, and here we are past the Summer Solstice!

Well, today I'm going to get reunited with this blog by posting about some homes for sale in Beaumont, California 92223 that are all priced at $300,000 OR LESS!  I chose homes that have 3 or more bedrooms and 1.75 or more bathrooms.  These homes are standard sales and bank-owned sales.  No short sales in this list!

A brief explanation about numbering how many bathrooms you have: If you are not familiar with what a "quarter" bath, "half" bath, "three-quarters" bath, or "full" bath is, a good way to think about it is that each portion of a typical bathroom is a quarter.  

For example, a sink is 1/4 of a bathroom.  A toilet is 1/4 of a bathroom.  A shower is 1/4 of a bathroom.  A tub is 1/4 of a bathroom.  Therefore, when a bathroom is a FULL bathroom, it has a sink, toilet, shower, and tub.  Now some bathrooms have a shower and a tub combined together in one space, but that doesn't mean that they are valued any less.  You would still have a full bathroom as long as all 4 features are in the bathroom.  

Thus when I search for a 1.75+ bath, I'm looking for a home that has 1 full bathroom (sink, toilet, shower, tub) and second bathroom that is 3/4 bath (sink, toilet, shower)Most of my buyers don't need 2 tubs and are mostly looking for the 2nd bathroom for convenience purposes.
