While on vacation, I drove past a home listing with an internet address name rider. I didn't remember the number/website exactly, but was able to Google-guess my way to the correct address. It was a really great idea. Between website nameriders and QR codes in bathroom stalls, I feel like accessing real estate is only a couple smartphone fingertaps away.
The house is gorgeous by the way. I visited the website and clicked through the photos. I love the red door, and I'm familiar with the area. I'd definitely buy it for myself if I had the disposable income - which I don't, but I can dream can't I?
