Frugal Fridays - Cheap Homes for Less than $100,000

Yay... TGIF...F!  Thank God It's Frugal Fridays!

Let's start with a little recap on last week's findings.  Busy buyers are out there picking up cheap houses left and right.  In just a week's span, 326 of those super cheap homes I showed you last week, are no longer available for sale.  Many of those homes have found buyers and many are in escrow just waiting to close!

Yes, it's easy to tell from the numbers, that buyers are feeling very confident about the housing market.  Home prices have stabilized enough for buyers and investors to purchase homes.  Now let's look at this week's Inland Empire offerings.

This week there are 205 condos in Riverside County that have 2+ bedrooms.  Remember, all the homes in these list-links are under $100,000!

$89,900 in Hemet

There are 306 REO, standard, and probate SFR houses for sale in Riverside County that have 2+ bedrooms.

$90,000 in Lake Elsinore

There are 414 short sale houses for sale in Riverside County that have 2 or more bedrooms.

$40,000 in Fontana

There are 147 condos for sale in San Bernardino County that have 2 or more bedrooms.

$90,000 in Yucaipa

There are 393 REO, standard, and probate SFR houses for sale in San Bernardino County with 2+ bedrooms.

$65,000 in Redlands

There are 354 short sale homes in San Bernardino County selling for less than $80,000 with 2+ bedrooms.

$89,000 in San Bernardino

There are 320 short sale houses in San Bernardino County asking between $80,001 and $100,000 with 2+ bedrooms.

$89,900 in San Bernardino

At these low prices, it's not hard to buy a couple properties to fix up as a rental property or resell for more later down the line.
