Frugal Fridays - Cheap Homes for Less than $100,000

It's that time again.  Frugal Fridays is happy to see you too.  

Let's start with a little recap on last week's findings.  Buyers are out there, and boy, are they ever busy.  In just a week's span, 108 of those super cheap homes I showed you, are no longer available for sale.  Many of those homes have found buyers and many are in escrow just waiting to close!  I even noticed a sold transaction in the mix!

For those buyers and investors out there who are waiting for the time to buy, I would feel pretty confident saying that 2011 is the year to buy in the Inland Empire.  Now let's look at this week's offerings.

$31,620 in Hemet, CA

There are 420 homes in Riverside County that are bank-owned, standard, or probate sales.  These homes are regular single family, condos or townhomes.  All the homes in this list are under $100,000!

$65,000 in Corona, CA

There 592 homes in Riverside County that are short sales.  

315 homes are under $80,000.  

The rest of the houses are between $80,000 and $100,000.  

These homes are regular single family, condos or townhomes.  

$84,000 in Temecula, CA

In San Bernardino County, there are 519 homes that are bank-owned, standard, or probate sales.

$49,900 in Redlands, CA

Under $80,000 - there are 309 homes that fall into this category.

Between $80,000 and $100,000 - there are 210 homes.

$82,900 in Fontana, CA

There are 797 available short sale homes in San Bernardino County.

$77,000 in Grand Terrace, CA

Under $80,000 - there are 429 short sale homes for sale.

Between $80,000 and $100,000 - there are 368 short sale homes for sale.

$90,00 in San Bernardino, CA

All in all, many of my buyers know that it's a great time to buy a home.  My investor clients are really busy right now, searching in their favorite cities for income properties.  At these low prices, it's not hard to buy a couple properties to fix up and rent, or flip and resell for more.
