Homeowners Near UCR Complain About Student Renters

For investors looking towards the neighborhoods of University of California, Riverside (UCR) for future rentals, think again.  Homeowners are up in arms about problem renters in their neighborhood, namely college students.  Read more about the initial problem on the Press-Enterprise.
