Woohoo! WingStop is coming soon to Beaumont, CA! I've been driving by the food court area every week to see how the interior construction is coming along... that's how excited I am for this to come to Beaumont! WingStop has great food! My fav are the chicken wings in a variety of yummy flavors. Here's the menu if you want to check it out. And you can even order online ahead of time so you don't have to wait in a line ever again! I really like the trend of ordering online and not having to wait in line, so I'm glad that WingStop will be offering that service.
Well, from today's drive-by, it seems like there is still quite a bit of work left to do inside the building, so it might be a while before I get my Mango Habanero chicken wings and seasoned fries! What's your favorite flavor of chicken wings from WingStop??

1275 Foster St., Beaumont, CA 92223 - Interior Pictures
I had a client contact me about the house for sale at 1275 Foster St. in Beaumont, CA 92223. The home is located in the Seneca Springs community on the south-side of the 10 Freeway. It's close to shopping like Walmart, Best Buy, Kohl's, Home Depot, Ross Dress for Less, Petco, Starbucks, and other shops. I am not the listing agent for that house. But my client was asking me if I could take some interior photos for him. Of course, I was more than happy to help him out with that!
Well, I thought I would share those interior photos on here too, in case anyone else was curious about the inside of this huge home! The house needs new carpet and new paint. A few doors are broken. But for $88.65/sqft, it is certainly affordable and the fixes are mostly cosmetic. The kitchen has granite countertops. The open layout and large square footage of the home are nice. Upstairs there is even an extra large loft area with 2 split levels. In addition, the neighborhood is well kept up!

Have a Happy and Safe Halloween!
Just thought I'd share a little Happy Halloween card that I'm re-purposing from a title rep! Hehe. Tried to find some orange stuff on my desk... ended up finding a gorgeous sparkle pen from PenGems.com (got it on clearance for 2 pens for $12.98!) and a Sharpie Gel highlighter and some white-out!
Swords, knives, and other costume accessories should be short, soft, and flexible.
Avoid trick-or-treating alone. Walk in groups or with a trusted adult.
Fasten reflective tape to costumes and bags to help drivers see you.
Examine all treats for choking hazards and tampering before eating them. Limit the amount of treats you eat.
Hold a flashlight while trick-or-treating to help you see and others see you. Always WALK and don't run from house to house.
Always test make-up in a small area first. Remove it before bedtime to prevent possible skin and eye irritation.
Look both ways before crossing the street. Use established crosswalks wherever possible.
Lower your risk for serious eye injury by not wearingdecorative contact lenses.
Only walk on sidewalks whenever possible, or on the far edge of the road facing traffic to stay safe.
Wear well-fitting masks, costumes, and shoes to avoid blocked vision, trips, and falls.
Eat only factory-wrapped treats. Avoid eating homemade treats made by strangers.
Enter homes only if you're with a trusted adult. Only visit well-lit houses. Never accept rides from strangers.
Never walk near lit candles or luminaries. Be sure to wear flame-resistant costumes.

Beaumont, Banning, Cherry Valley, CA - A Few Favorite Pics and Why I Love This Area So Much!
I'm looking forward to sharing some pictures and thoughts with everyone about the area that I work in! My office is located right in the middle of the City of Beaumont and the City of Banning. Cherry Valley is just north of Beaumont.
The lifestyle in these Riverside County cities is different from your typical Southern California LA or Orange County suburb. Things move at a slower pace. There are no parking meters. The open spaces and mountain views are probably the first things people notice!
Above is a view of one of the Fire Stations across from my office. There is a mix of evergreens and palm trees. The skies are nearly always clear and blue. There is usually a breeze, sometimes it blows strongly. The mountains aren't so impressive in this photo, but when it snows, it is a wondrous sight to behold!
And of course, if you love horses, it is so easy to find beautiful horse property in the area. It's not uncommon to see people riding their horses around along the roads!
I plan on taking more pictures and sharing my favorite scenes and pics with everyone. Hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

Homes in Beaumont California Selling for Less than $300,000. Also a brief explanation of what a "full" bathroom means!
I can't believe my last post was from December 2013! It must have been a busy 6 months this year because I didn't even feel the months going by, and here we are past the Summer Solstice!
Well, today I'm going to get reunited with this blog by posting about some homes for sale in Beaumont, California 92223 that are all priced at $300,000 OR LESS! I chose homes that have 3 or more bedrooms and 1.75 or more bathrooms. These homes are standard sales and bank-owned sales. No short sales in this list!

A brief explanation about numbering how many bathrooms you have: If you are not familiar with what a "quarter" bath, "half" bath, "three-quarters" bath, or "full" bath is, a good way to think about it is that each portion of a typical bathroom is a quarter.
For example, a sink is 1/4 of a bathroom. A toilet is 1/4 of a bathroom. A shower is 1/4 of a bathroom. A tub is 1/4 of a bathroom. Therefore, when a bathroom is a FULL bathroom, it has a sink, toilet, shower, and tub. Now some bathrooms have a shower and a tub combined together in one space, but that doesn't mean that they are valued any less. You would still have a full bathroom as long as all 4 features are in the bathroom.
Thus when I search for a 1.75+ bath, I'm looking for a home that has 1 full bathroom (sink, toilet, shower, tub) and second bathroom that is 3/4 bath (sink, toilet, shower). Most of my buyers don't need 2 tubs and are mostly looking for the 2nd bathroom for convenience purposes.
